I have always been passionate about the evolution of text messaging and the important role it plays in connecting businesses and consumers around the world. In my current role at Bandwidth, I have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the messaging ecosystem, helping to build strong relationships, drive collaboration, and support the continued growth and innovation of messaging technologies. Working alongside carriers, enterprises, aggregators, and industry organizations has allowed me to stay deeply engaged in the ever-changing communications landscape while contributing to meaningful industry initiatives. Prior to joining Bandwidth, I spent more than 15 years at Sprint managing messaging products and helping shape the future of mobile communications. During my tenure, I worked extensively on cross-carrier collaboration initiatives and partnered with organizations such as CTIA to develop messaging industry policies, best practices, and the carrier code of conduct. These efforts focused on improving the reliability, security, and overall customer experience of messaging services across the wireless industry. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to contribute to the broader messaging community through speaking engagements, industry panels, articles, and thought leadership opportunities. I am frequently invited to share insights on messaging trends, compliance, carrier relations, and the future of business communications.
